Reporting to the Director of International Operations, as our Senior Program Analyst you will manage information, processes, and selected opportunities in order to maximize Perkins International’s internal efficiency and external impact for children. You will have both the technical skills and the motivation to support ongoing monitoring of programs and activities, and identify opportunities to streamline administrative and financial processes. Building on Perkins' 100 years of impact, you will support our work to enhance access to education for all children with visual impairment and multiple disabilities.
Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Expectations include the following:
Streamline financial information and processes:

Lead Analysis on managing key systems - Workday, Salesforce, Mineral Tree, DocuSign, and Monday.com.

Streamline workflows and approvals and ensure complete, up-to-date documentation
-
Process invoices and ensure timely payments
-
Monthly variance reports tracking the department’s sub-budgets and grants
-
Monthly financial statements review and reclassification
-
Monthly payroll report and adjustments
-
Monthly expenditure reports by grants and other projects
-
Adhere to the policies and practices defined by Perkins’ Finance office
Contracts, and administration
-
Manage contract development and execution, in coordination with Perkins’ legal team
-
Track grant agreements and consultant agreements
-
Adhere to the policies and practices defined by Perkins’ Legal office
-
Maintain International Business Operations manual as needed in order to enhance processes and/or reflect the correct requirements and procedures for these work-flows and tasks.
Other duties as assigned

Manage special projects as requested.

Competency in foreign languages preferred

Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, Workday, Mineral Tree, Salesforce, Monday.com and Docusign preferred. Capacity and curiosity to learn new tools.
Education and/or Experience
-
Bachelor degree with 2-4 years related professional experience.
