Project Manager - Henry J. Leir Institute, The Fletcher School, Tufts University

The Henry J. Leir Institute at The Fletcher School is hiring a Project Manager part-time to support the Corruption, Justice and State Legitimacy program’s inquiry into social norms and corruption.  The purpose of this inquiry is to increase the integration of social norms concepts into anti-corruption work and programming.  This project will involve the convening of expert groups, creation and testing of tools for social norm change, and development of communication strategies and tactics.  The Project Manager will provide advanced support to ensure the successful implementation of the project in collaboration with the co-Directors.  Specifically, the Project Manager will work on project strategy and activity development; contribute to design, testing, and revision of tools for social norm change; identify stakeholders and manages relationships; lead on the development of infrastructure for community of practice; organize workshops to convene key actors; manage communications strategy, including blog and targeted social media engagement; contribute to presentations, publications, and workshops; provide information to Grants Manager for quarterly reporting and financial management; write grant proposals for continued or new funding; and supervise Research and Communications assistants.  The ideal candidate will have had field experience in countries of endemic corruption and/or in fragile and conflict-affected countries.  Experience working on anti-corruption programming and/or social norms a plus.  This is a limited term appointment, ending April 15, 2021, with the possibility of extending through April 15, 2022.
