Position Summary:

NEID Global is looking for a creative, personable, and internationally minded staff member to join our growing team! At NEID Global, our staff engages with over 180 donors who are working to create change around the world related to health systems, education, social justice, equity, climate, and so much more. We host 50 plus events a year tailored to create a dynamic safe learning space where our members can learn, inspire, connect and act together to address the worlds big problems. The Office Manager and Executive Assistant will be the glue that holds our operation together.

The Office Manager and Executive Assistant is foundational to achieve this mission. As part of a small team, the person in this role will work closely with the Executive Director, the Director of Marketing & Events, the Network Engagement Officer and the Co-Chair of the Board. The person in this role will keep the NEID Global office running, providing essential support to all aspects of our work to lift our organization capacity as we serve 180 members in over 22 states.

Essential Functions:

This role is perfect for a highly motivated and engaging early-career professional who is seeking to increase their network and enhance their skill-set while developing a critical understanding of the international development space.



Your expertise in organization and management will allow you to:

  • Provide organizational support to the Executive Director and Chair of NEID Global Board – including scheduling, correspondence and communication with members and partners and regular note taking at meetings.

  • Assist the Executive Director in managing HR and accounting needs of the organization.

Your skills as a leader and experience lifting organizational capacity will allow you to:
  • Enhancing the ongoing NEID Global communication strategy, working with Director of Marketing & Events to prepare the monthly newsletter, maintain up-to-date website information, continuously refresh Member Portal resources and support social media outreach.

  • Assisting the Network Engagement Officer in managing Salesforce, cleaning membership data and inputting accurate survey information to further analyze the impact of our work.

  • Coordinating with the Director of Marketing & Events to prepare all stages of event planning and execution as needed.

  • Managing the day-to-day organization of the office, including any tasks that relate to vendors, scheduling, addressing general needs of staff and office. 

Key Qualifications:
Previous Experience:

 1-3 years of experience working in a fast-paced office providing organizational support.

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Interest in international philanthropy, international development, and/or social innovation.

  • Passionate about the finer details, finding joy in polishing and perfecting content;

  • An eagerness to learn and solve problems;

  • Possesses a strong work ethic, but approaches their work with humility and compassion;

  • Seeks to gain a deeper understanding of the landscape of the international space as they shape a

    long-term career in the sector;

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;

  • Adept at using Salesforce, Canva, Constant Contact, Wix, Microsoft Office (Access, Word,

    PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel);

  • Is excited to join a small but mighty staff who care about one another and are always ready for a
