Catalyst Co-Labs is a global initiative devoted to assisting social entrepreneurs address the specific challenges and opportunities that arise in their growth journey. We achieve this by bringing these social entrepreneurs together with practitioners and experts from around the world for co-design activities to spark ideas, collaborations and partnerships to expand their impact.
Led by a passionate global team, Co-Labs is committed to unlocking human potential. Established in 2020, we were incubated at Catalyst 2030, a global network founded by Ashoka, Skoll, Schwab, and Echoing Green.
About the Internship
As an intern, you will work closely with our team in creating content and setting up the data and systems that underpin our Co-Lab activities. As a start-up, you will gain exposure to all aspects of our operations, providing a varied and exciting learning opportunity.
This remote internship lasts 2–3 months, with potential for extension, requiring a time commitment of 10-12 hours per week. You will need to be available for a weekly team meeting on Zoom (time zone range 9am-12pm EST; 3pm-6pm CET) and ad hoc meetings with one or more team members as necessary for projects.

Responsibilities
Data management: Compile our existing data on participants into a basic database. Conduct research on potential “host” social entrepreneurs and participants for future Co-Labs, as well as on issues linked to SDGs and relevant supporting institutions.
Communications: Assist in preparing graphically appealing pitch decks. Help prepare communications related to active Co-Labs.
Social Media: Create posts for LinkedIn and other platforms.
Other tasks as they emerge. We are a startup: all hands on deck!
Skills:
1. Critical thinker and self-starter.
2. Strong organizational skills: Ability to compile and synthesize information, presenting it in user-friendly formats like Excel and Google Sheets.
3. Good visual presentation skills and ability to express them in presentations and social media posts using software like Canva.
4. Fluency in English; other languages a plus.
5. Passion to help solve our pressing global challenges through inclusion and collaboration.
