Primary responsibilities include preparing budget and financial reports; supporting grant proposal activities; procuring supplies; booking travel for staff and guests; processing reimbursements and payments to vendors and collaborators; overseeing facilities; coordinating venue and catering for meetings and events; calendaring; and other duties assigned to support the leadership team.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• General administrative tasks such as digital file management, calendaring, and supplies procurement.

• Collate information required for grant applications.

• Process payables, requisitions, and reimbursements.

• Coordinate the appointment of visiting researchers and other associates.

• Manage the Center’s general email inbox.

• Book travel and lodging for staff and guests.

• Provide general support during event planning and at events.
