Edmund Downie is an analyst in the energy and finance practice areas at Analysis Group in Boston. He was a Fulbright Scholar at Yunnan University in China from 2017-18, studying China’s power trade with Southeast Asia; and a Yale University Gordon Grand Fellow from 2014-15, researching the political economy of Indian foreign policy towards East Asia and Southeast Asia. He received an MPhil in International Relations from Nuffield College, Oxford in 2017 and a B.A. in Ethics, Politics, and Economics from Yale University in 2014.
