Dr. Krishna Kishore Nudurupati, Fulbright Program Visiting Scholar, is a Professor of Electrical Engineering and Associate Faculty of Energy Science and Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology – Kharagpur. He has published more than 40 papers in national and international journals and presented more than 100 talks at various national and international conferences. Using the Fulbright-Nehru teaching grant, Dr. Nudurupati is teaching on electric power systems and smart grids. He is also networking with researchers on energy studies and smart grids.

Live from his kitchen in Sunderland, Massachusetts, Dr. Nudurupati will show us how to make a traditional Indian snack and drink, Upma & Kashayam. We'll have facilitated informal conversation during the demonstration, a perfect opportunity to learn a bit about Dr. Nudurupati’s experience as a Fulbright scholar.
