Alleged oil seep requiring BP to fix it again

The New York Times reports that the US government is requiring BP to open the cap that was placed on the oil spill. This try that BP has made, although it is their 10th, has been working as far as everyone could tell. Now it has become a big concern that the ocean floor itself is leaking oil. BP troubles with the government while cleaning

BP continues to live through the PR and financial disaster of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill, and it appears that there's more seep to come. The Obama administration's response to the catastrophe was hindered by the Jones Act, which inadvertently has given Republicans more than enough ammunition against Democrats as midterm elections approach. Oil seeping out of the floor will make the public angry once again.
