Perkins’ Educational Leadership Program Graduation

Perkins has been training teachers from around the world since the 1920s. In 1989, Perkins extended that mission by establishing the Educational Leadership Program with support from the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation. Today, the program provides advanced training and leadership development to promising international educators serving children who are deafblind or visually impaired with additional disabilities.
